I can’t recommend Josie enough. We contacted her for help with addressing our 14 month old’s sleep, she was waking every one to two hours all night and heavily reliant on us to fall asleep. We approached Josie for 1:1 support after attending one of her free workshops. Our 20 month old daughter was struggling to fall asleep at bedtimes, and getting very upset. After working through a personalised plan with Josie, after 10 days our daughter began falling asleep, in her cot, was able to self soothe and slept through the night for 11 hours. We got in contact with Josie after being recommended by a friend. Our baby is 4 months old and although we aren’t looking to start any formal sleeping plan yet, we have been struggling with daytime naps and a consistent bedtime so we’re after some advice. We had a 45 minute call with Josie and she was able to give us lots of really practical advice and also helped us to prioritise what we should look at doing first. She also gave us some much needed reassurance! I can honestly say that working with Josie has changed our lives. Our baby woke every hour or 2 every single night for 8 months and within one week he slept long stretches with just one or two stirrings… this is NOT a gimic, Josie’s sleep plan really works! It was also really gentle and supportive (I hated the idea of leaving him to cry, but we were able to sleep train with only ever very small periods of leaving him to settle himself). Josie took all our wishes, and our current routines, into account when designing our plan. It was all great that we had ongoing support from Josie via calls and WhatsApp for a little over 3 weeks - that really helped me stick to the plan and ask questions as we went. DO NOT HESITATE to contact her - it is SO worth it!
